What is VCD?

VCD or Video CD is a CD that contains a movie and plays in your computer and in most DVD drives. It's just a regular CD-R, so if you own a CD-ROM drive and a PC or Mac, you can play it. You can find detailed instructions on how to play a VCD there

Do you contact your clients?
When you place your order, you will choose whether you want to be contacted. If you want to be contacted, you will receive an email saying that we are processing your order, and a second email when your order has been shipped. If you prefer not to be emailed, no email will be sent to you. You can still check whether your order has been shipped by visiting the order tracking page. We will never give your e-mail address to anybody else, you have my word.

What kind of media do you use?
We use CD-R media. We ship the CDs without cover/label and in a protecting sleeve. We can use a jewel case if you like, but it is not recommended, since the jewel case is likely to break while shipping and damage the CD, this is not an issue if you only order a couple of CDs. We can also apply a printed label on the CD if you like, the charge will be $1 per label/cover. Feel free to download the .jpegs on the site and print them on your printer if you'd like.

What is the difference between XXX, JAV and HK version?
XXX is totally uncensored, just like the american movies, JAV has a see through censor, as required by law, and HK version means that the censorship is more strict than Japanese AV. The censor is hard to see through when there's a close up version of the genitals.

What if my CD doesn't work on my computer?
Your VCD will work on your computer. You will need to have a Mpeg player of course (like media player, Xing mpeg player...) which you can find on the net for free. The VCD's are tested for quality before we ship them. In the event that your CD arrives damaged or not working, we will replace it for free or refund your money including shipping charges.

I have a VCD that you don't have, do you accept trades?
Yes! Of course! as a matter of fact, we prefer trades to purchases. If you have a VCD we don't have, please let us know the title and the actress' name as well as what VCD you want from us. Don't forget to include the cover scan if you have it.

What if I want to order a VCD that you don't have?
You can request any VCD we don't have. e-mail us and include the title of the VCD and the main actress' name. We will try to find that VCD and if we do, we'll order it. It might take about a week for us to receive that VCD.

What types of Payments do you accept?
Cash, Money order, Checks, Credit Card.

Are the CDs censored?
This is Japanese Adult Video, due to Japanese law, all adult movies have a mosaic censor, unless otherwise noted. You can see what the mosaic censor is in our samples. You won't be able to find these movies without the censor, it simply doesn't exist.

What about delivery?
We use first class mail for US delivery and airmail for other countries the price is $3 for shipping and handling per order. It's the same whether you order 1 VCD or 5 VCDs. You can also choose Priority mail for US addresses ($2 extra) or Global Priority mail for other countries ($4 extra).

How do you handle refunds/returns?
If a merchandise is defective, you may return it for a full refund. If you have a problem with the CDs you received please let us know as soon as possible, we will gladly help you troubleshoot the problem. Please be aware that in the event that you return the CDs to us without letting us troubleshoot the problem and it turns out the CDs are working fine, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Credit Card Charge backs

A criminal or fraudulent chargeback is when the credit card holder orders and receives products or services, then intentionally reverses the charge through their card-issuing bank stating that they did not place or receive the order. In almost all cases, the order is requested for delivery without a signature, as proof-of-delivery allows the merchant to successfully dispute the chargeback. Unfortunately, this new form of credit card fraud is becoming more common, and online/mail-order merchants who are unable to obtain a printed signature from the customer are the victims. Please note that charging back an order when that order was shipped and received is a theft. Fraudulent charge backs hurt honest customers by forcing online merchants to raise prices to cover cost or delay shipping when a request is made to ship without a signature. We report all wrongful or fraudulent charge backs to your local police, your local bank, our merchant service and the Federal Bureau of Investigations Department of Justice at www.IFCCFBI.gov. Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud. Additionally, people who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their personal information displayed in the "deadbeat" section of this website until the matter is resolved.
